So, we booked a night but the front desk staff was super rude and not helpful at all. The room smelled awful and the cleanliness was questionable—like dirty towels and unwashed tubs. On the bright side, the area around the hotel had some nice spots. Just a tip, definitely check your room first before unpacking!

Suite upgrade was nice, but Wi-Fi was slow and towels very thin.

We had a wonderful time staying near the Resistol Arena. The location is perfect for family fun, and we even enjoyed visiting the Mesquite Golf Club. I loved how the staff accommodated our request for a first-floor room, which made things easier with the kids.

My kids wished there were better dining options for families. Adding more variety to breakfast would be great!

However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved, as I noticed some areas were not as fresh as I would expect. Overall, the location was perfect for my shopping trip, making it very convenient.

I loved the studio suite with lots of space and check-in was a breeze. Plus, the optional wet bar is a cool feature!

Encountered unexpected issues. The $50 cash charge for the key card caught me off guard, and the fact that the entry door near my room didn’t work with the card was frustrating. Also, had a hard time getting my cash back during checkout. it felt weird not being informed that they needed to check the room first. Parking was also a hassle. despite prior confirmation about available space for a trailer, I found that space limited upon arrival, and staff didn’t provide much help figuring it out. Finally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired—found dirty beds and unwashed towels, requiring a second clean before we felt comfortable.
